These are cakes I create when I have leftover icing and possibly a layer or two in the freezer from previous baking events where I have enough extra batter to fill a pan.
This first one had actually started out a different way but didn't quite go the way I had planned in my head. So, I had to improvise, and this is what I got. The second and fourth ones are made with cake dummies.
